Late Arrivals and Cancellations:
Please be on time for your appointment. We cannot guarantee full session time for late arrivals.
Because our business relies entirely on the scheduling of appointments and
space availability, all changes or cancellations must be made at least twenty
four hours in advance. Any change or cancellation after this time will
require payment in full. We appreciate our clients' understanding and
compliance with this policy, as missed appointments affect both our clients
and therapists.
Please Note: Keeping the unclothed body properly covered at all times is
necessary for your warmth and sense of ease, as well as a mark of our professionalism.
